Regulations of the Food Safety Modernization Act, known as FSMA, require food manufacturer’s compliance. One of the key regulations requires one, or more PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) Certified employee(s) on staff, or optionally, your company must hire an outside consultant to implement and oversee their food safety plan.
NJMEP’s 2 and a half day course for PCQI certification training is offered as part of our new Open Enrollment Program. Study materials, testing, and PCQI certification included.

Price: Cost of the program is normally $865, but through a NJ Dept. of Labor subsidy, the cost for this class will be $650. Cost includes Breakfast + Lunch all three days, study materials, testing, and PCQI certification.
