Dorothy Repka has 25+ years experience in Sales Management and Operations for medium-sized manufacturers serving medium to large-sized corporations. She brings a broad base of process knowledge to NJMEP including electrical and electronic controls, metal fabrication, molding, and optical sensing/measurement. Dorothy is skilled in leading cross-functional teams. She was instrumental in the initial ISO-9001/QS-9000 certification of a major supplier of custom hinges to the automotive and major appliance industries.
Dorothy has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, the design and delivery of training programs, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Strategic Sales Management of both direct and indirect sales forces in domestic and international arenas. Combining her Midwest work ethic with a decade of experience in the Northeast business environment has resulted in Dorothy being recognized as a reliable, knowledgeable resource for her clients.
Mrs. Repka received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Psychology from Carroll College at Waukesha, Wisconsin.
