Joe Mastrianni

Joe Mastrianni is an experienced manufacturing executive who has led plastics, assembly, packaging and metal component operations. He has been heavily involved in utilizing a number of world class practices including Self-Managed Teams, ISO implementation and Lean Manufacturing. Mr. Mastrianni is also experienced in developing budgets and long-term strategic plans.
Mr. Mastrianni has progressed through management levels at American Cyanamid, assuming the role of Plant Manager. He later joined Warner-Lambert Company at its Schick Razor and Blade Division in the capacity of Business Unit Manager, where he was actively involved in high-speed, precision manufacturing. Most recently he ran a division for Avon Technical Products, responsible for injection molding and tool building.
Mr. Mastrianni has a BS in Business from Long Island University with advanced MBA studies at Hofstra University and Executive MBA studies at the University of New Haven.
