Mark Pecile

Mark Pecile has 30+ years experience in operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Some of his responsibilities have included the creation and supervision of management teams, the promotion and motivation of sales teams, as well as recruiting and training personnel. In his previous management roles, Mr. Pecile's tasks required his expertise in the identification of industry opportunities and threats, as well as reviewing internal resources, capabilities, competencies, and competitive advantages.
Mr. Pecile has successfully utilized his management, sales and marketing skills in the fields of Finance, Human Resources, Education, and Manufacturing over the years. He has received performance awards for the results of his efforts in many of the positions he has held.
Mr. Pecile is an adjunct instructor for evening and weekend courses at Felician College teaching the following subject matter: Human Resource Development, Communications, Adult Development and Human Assessment, Strategic Planning, and Business Management. Mr. Pecile received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and his Master's Degree in Administration, Supervision and Planning from William Paterson University.
