Ron Eleuteri has over 30 years of industrial operations experience and bottom line responsibility in the manufacturing sector. He has successfully worked in companies where he implemented successful workplace re-engineering initiatives, quality and productivity improvement programs and human resource management programs.
Ron worked as a Business Unit Manager for General Motors for 18 years where he was responsible for implementing a teamwork philosophy, improving quality by 20%, increasing yields by 40%, decreasing costs by over $250K, improving scheduling by 30% and administering 540 salaried staff.
After his career at GM, and prior to joining NJMEP, Ron worked for several manufacturing companies serving as General Manager, Operations Manager, Purchasing Agent and Manufacturing Processes Analyst.
Ron holds a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from the University of Scranton.
