David Hargrave is responsible for creating and delivering new products and services to help our clients in the areas of innovation and new product development. These new NJMEP products will help our customers improve their top line revenue and take advantage of the increased capacity realized from their lean initiatives.
David has more than 27 years of industry experience in innovative new product design, development and manufacturing. For the last 20 years he has been on the management team of two entrepreneurial medical device companies based in New Jersey. Most recently he directed the new product development (NPD) efforts at Aircast Inc. which is now part of DJO. At Aircast, David re-engineered their NPD process, which helped him and his team develop and launch over 45 new products using shared resources. David was also intimately involved in Aircast’s, ISO 14385 certification and all of their lean initiatives.
David earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
