As Controller, Mr. Basso will assist the Director of Operations and Finance in the preparation of financial reporting and forecasting and will oversee the daily responsibilities in the Operations and Finance Department including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Purchasing.
Mr. Basso is a hands-on professional with over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in Management, Accounting, M&A, Operations and Human Resources for start-up to mid-size companies which includes companies in the Payroll/HR, Money Transfer, and Computer Parts industries.
From 1989-1993 Mr. Basso was an Original Incorporator and Director of Skylands Community Bank, Hackettstown, N.J., now owned by Fulton Financial Group.
Mr. Basso has an M.B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University, South Orange, N.J. and a B.S. in Business Administration from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
