Lynore DeSantis

Vice President of Finance & Operations

As Vice President of Finance & Operations, Lynore DeSantis is responsible for all accounting, financial and administrative functions including but not limited to preparation of the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts, income and balance sheet statements. Her other responsibilities include contract administration, human resource management, and Federal & State Grant management & reporting. She oversees the accounting, administration and external IT & Web maintenance staff.

Ms. DeSantis has over 12 years experience in corporate finance and administration and has held a variety of positions. Her previous responsibilities included managing an administrative and accounting staff, performing multiple accounting functions including payables, billing, collections, contract administration and preparing and analyzing financial reports. In addition, Ms. DeSantis has managed a variety of Human Resource functions including payroll, 401k plans and other employee fringe benefits. Ms. DeSantis has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rutgers University and received her BS in Business Administration/Finance from Montclair State University.
