NJMEP’S Field Agents

NJMEP's Field Agents and employees all have years of technical and/or private sector management experience. Field Agents are assigned by territory and on occasion, when it is appropriate, will work in teams to evaluate a manufacturer's specific concerns. The initial site visit/basic operational analysis are free and will allow the Field Agent to determine a course of action. The Field Agent(s) will then utilize the technical and management expertise found within New Jersey's universities, colleges, county colleges and private sector to implement a solution. As a broker for this vast network of technical and business resources New Jersey has available, New Jersey's Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (NJMEP) has been highly successful in assisting small and mid-sized manufacturers increase their productivity, profitability, and business acumen.
