Message from NJMEP's President

Our strategy is to produce incremental change in the productivity / profitability of New Jersey's small / medium sized manufacturers over and above what would have occurred without the MEP program. Our key long term objectives are the following:

• To keep New Jersey's manufacturing base strong and dynamic.
• To create a recognition that all of New Jersey's manufacturers are high tech to some degree in either processes, people, or products. Manufacturing is the engine that drives our state economy.
• To create high performance firms by assisting them to resolve immediate tactical problems while guiding them to look at long term strategic issues for their organization's future.

Our clients are generally family owned small to mid sized manufacturing companies that use technology in running their operations.
