Sales Support Manager
As Sales Support Manager, Kathleen Baldwin is responsible for providing staff support to all the company’s Account Managers. Kathleen prepares and processes the New Jersey Department of Labor Applications for ISO and Lean Transformation Grants and handles all correspondence with the NJDOL representatives with regards to these grants. In addition, Kathleen handles the company’s internal customer satisfaction surveys, all telemarketing activities and event and meeting planning and coordination.
Kathleen has over 20 years experience working in Sales Support and Administration. Her previous professional experience was as Assistant Manager-Spare Parts for Westfailia Separator Inc. and Claims Technician for Prudential HealthCare. In her previous position, Kathleen worked in a MRP/ISO 9000 environment responsible for Customer Service and sales for the top thirty customers.
