Food Security & Food Safety are key supporting areas of Food Defense, which is covered under FSMA and is already a requirement of all GFSI accredited Food Safety Management Systems. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the food security and food safety requirements and how to create a customized work plan for their facility, specifically around different unintentional or intentional contamination channels. They will actively work on the creation of the plan during the practical part of the training class.
The participant will recieve a certificate for successful completion of the training after passing the written knowledge test at the end of the training class. This class is to build off knowledge understood in Food Defense-intentional Adulteration class order doesnt matter.
