Now that all regulations of the Food Safety Modernization Act, also known as FSMA, (which was signed into law on January 4, 2011) are now in place and, as a food manufacturer, your compliance is required.
One of the key regulations for you is to have one, or more PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) Certified employee(s) on staff, or optionally, your company must hire an outside consultant to implement and oversee their food safety plan.
NJMEP is now offering a 3 day course for PCQI certification training (study materials, testing, and PCQI certification included) as part of our new Open Enrollment program. Instruction will be conducted in our new training facility at the NJMEP’s Cedar Knolls headquarters with limited class sizes to assure a high level of personal attention and student success.
When: Tuesday, November 6, 2018 – Wednesday, November 7, 2018 – Wednesday, November 14, 2018
Camden County College
200 College Dr, Conference Rooms 353 and ROOS 113

Price: Cost of this 3 day program is normally $865, but through a NJ Dept. of Labor subsidy, the cost for this class will be $650.
Cost will include Breakfast + Lunch all three days, study materials, testing,
