NJMEP will soon be launching a Small Business Lean – Targeted Transformation Program through the Pro-Action Network!
Smaller NJ manufacturers are looking to strengthen their businesses in critical areas. However, companies are concerned with the costs of programs and time investments designed to make such improvements. The Small Business Lean – Targeted Transformation Program is designed to reduce the costs and time associated with making an organizational Lean transformation.
The program will combine assessments, on-site visits and online training to provide companies with flexibility in scheduling. NJ manufacturers will be able to receive assistances in various areas at a discounted rate, including:
- Business Development
- ISO Certifications
- Growth Services
- Lean Manufacturing
- Process Improvement
