Safety Day 2 – Session 3: Fire Safety w/Portable Extinguisher Use

This course provides an educational overview of flammable hazards and fire prevention in the workplace. Topics include how a fire starts, NFPA fire classification, fire extinguisher types and selection, the P.A.S.S. method, evacuation rules, and hands-on individual exercises using a live burn intelligent training system where each student extinguishes a real fire using a water or CO2 extinguisher. Instructor provides all audio/visual equipment and a Fire Safety Student Packet. Meets annual training requirements per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.157. Certificate of completion issued (1 Yr. Expiry).
