Includes reading work orders\, technical manuals\, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nPrecision Reporting & Measurements Verbal and written training for reporting production numbers\, quality control issues\, and basic math/measurement units used in NJ manufacturing.\nTeam Integration & Soft Skills Basic conversational English for shift handoffs\, asking for clarification (the “”confirming understanding”” loop)\, and resolving peer-to-peer friction.
