SUMMARY:How AI is Changing the Way Your Customers Buy (And What to Do About It)
DESCRIPTION:6/18/2026\nYour buyers have a new secret advisor — and it’s not your sales team. It’s AI. \nEvery day\, buyers are asking tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews the very questions they used to ask you:\n• “Who are the best suppliers for [your product/service]?”\n• “What problems should I watch out for with [your solution]?”\n• “How does [your company] compare to [your competitor]?” \nIf you’re not showing up in those answers\, you’re invisible — and AI is pointing buyers to your competitors instead. You don’t control what AI says. But you can shape the answers buyers see. \nIn this practical\, plain-English webinar\, you’ll get a clear plan to stay visible\, trusted\, and chosen. You will learn:\n• Why traditional SEO and marketing tactics are failing in the AI era\n• The five questions AI answers for your buyers — and how to shape those answers\n• What AI actually looks for when deciding which companies to recommend\n• A practical\, non-technical roadmap to turn AI into your competitive advantage

SUMMARY:Lean Manufacturing – Introduction to Value Stream Mapping – North
DESCRIPTION:8/11/26\nIn this course\, participants will receive an introduction to Value Stream Mapping and will apply the learned principles to a specified product family in the company. This course teaches participants how to gather the information required to eliminate all non-value adding waste and how to use the information to plan the implementation of Lean activities. Participants will learn the steps necessary for creating a current state value stream map from customer back to raw material and develop a future state vision to act as a blueprint for lean activities. \nThe future-state map created by the class will act as a blue print for additional lean manufacturing training and implementations. The impact to the company will be calculated after the implementation plan is created\, however it is anticipated that when implemented\, the plan will result in a significant reduction in lead times\, inventory\, and floor space\, and an increase in productivity. \n
