Administrative & Client Relations Coordinator
Kia provides assistance to all NJMEP staff and clients regarding the administrative processes associated with manufacturing training. Her experience allows her to support the New Jersey Department of Labor applications, organizing grants, including but not limited to, invoicing, budget modification, extensions, and monthly reports. She also ensures compliance with funding source administrative guidelines, accurate submission of financial and other related reports, grant regulations, executed contracts, and agreements as well as applicable statutes and regulations.
Kia also has other administrative responsibilities including conducting administrative workshops associated with grant implementation, creating and distributing customer satisfaction surveys which ensure NJMEP is giving quality assistance and companies are benefiting from the training being provided, assisting with updating NIST Survey Results, and the Made in New Jersey program.
