Disc Makers Presents at the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME)
Disc Makers left their mark on attendees at The International Lean Conference in Baltimore. The conference is the annual meeting for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). Michael Marie, VP Operations and Tom Fala, Director of Supply Chain Execution presented Sequenced Pull System in a Job Shop Environment and Lance Svoboda, Director of Lean and CI, presented Single Piece Flow in a Custom Order Office. The conference was held in Baltimore, November 15-19.
