<strong><u>Course Description:</u></strong>

Upon completion of this three-day course students will become proficient at Wireframe creation for 2.5 Axis Milling Programming.

The following modules will be taught to the class.
<ol>
 	<li>Class begins with the creation of a MasterCAM account and the download and installation of the software.</li>
 	<li>The class will show how to set up MCAM as a milling machine, what settings work best for initial startup, and file management protocols.</li>
 	<li>This module will cover Tool settings, Stock setup, and the Tool Manager.</li>
 	<li>Students will draw their first part and explore the most efficient Wireframe drawing tools
<ul>
 	<li>Creation: Lines, Arcs, Polygons</li>
 	<li style="list-style-type: none;"></li>
 	<li>Manipulations: “Snaps”, using and configuring</li>
 	<li>Modification: Offset, Trim, and Divide</li>
</ul>

 	<li>Students will explore the drawing space and become acquainted with

 	<li>Planes and the Plane Manager</li>
 	<li>Levels and the parameters for proper application</li>
</ul>

 	<li>Class ends with a brief introduction to Solids and STL files for 3D Printing</li>
