This lunch is part of an ongoing effort between NJMEP, manufacturers and partners to bring together influential women manufacturing leaders to continue to drive ‘MADE in New Jersey’ forward.

Women are a largely underrepresented demographic in the manufacturing industry, creating countless issues downstream for the industry with challenges ranging from workforce shortages to a lack of diverse perspectives in decision-making.  This initiative aims to highlight those women leaders here in the state of New Jersey working to combat those issues. It provides our communities with a foundation to be heard, recognized, and a chance to encourage the next generation of women manufacturing professionals.
