Her corporate experience in the Advertising and Publishing industries includes sales and management positions with Jordan Case and McGrath, The NJ Star-Ledger, and Newspapers First (a national sales organization for Knight Ridder, Times Mirror and other independent publishing firms). Over the years she has served a diverse client base in the financial, media, travel, cosmetic, high tech, chemical, and pharmaceutical and recruitment industries. She has been awarded multiple times the top new business sales producer for the companies she has represented.
As a change management consultant, coach and trainer, Beth has been instrumental in helping leaders and managers recognize the value of increased emotional intelligence in creating a workplace environment that supports employee engagement. She is relentless in her challenge to key personnel at all levels of the organization to “sell, not tell.” Beth’s coaching strength lies in her ability to integrate personal development with business results. Beth earned her B.A., Marketing and Communications from Boston College, is Meyers Briggs Certified, is a Certified Professional Coach ICF, and serves as a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
