Mr. Eleuteri has been providing consulting services through NJMEP for more than 10 years. He has over 40 years of industrial operations and administrative experience and bottom line responsibility in the manufacturing sector. Ron has a proven track record of implementing successful workplace re-engineering initiatives, quality and productivity improvement programs and human resource management programs in industries such as Tier 1 automotive, custom sheet metal and coatings, custom home improvement manufacturing, retail purchasing.
Mr. Hanker has over 35 years of corporate business experience in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Logistics in various industries and has spent the last 9 years drawing on his that experience as an Independent Management Consultant. He is very process flow oriented with an eye on efficiency and logical workflow and has setup world class operations using Work Cells, Kanban, Demand Flow, Just-In-Time, Statistical Process Control, Problem Solving, Project Management, Team Building as well as many other Process Improvement and Lean Enterprise methods.
Mr. Hartman is a hands on manager with 20 plus years of successive business experience in Manufacturing environments and 15 years of consulting to manufacturers helping them to operate more effectively. He is an effective change agent whose specialties include; Improving Productivity, Quality, Reducing inventory levels, setting up Performance Metrics, Establishing (some times re-taking) Control of shop floor people and processes, and improving communications on, to and from the floor. Jeffrey is a Lean expert, having worked with companies ranging from 50 to 500 employees.
With particularly broad experience in all phases of business, Mr. Hollinger has specialized in small to medium size businesses, involving discrete and process production. As a manufacturing consultant, he has implemented MRP II & ERP systems in over 60 companies. David has introduced Lean Manufacturing and ERP/MRP techniques to many companies, and spoke on “ERP & Lean Systems” at the Lean Mfg Seminar. Currently, he works with small to medium size companies, helping them improve profits and productivity using a variety of “Learn – Do” classes. He has taught at several local colleges, and is a certified APICS Instructor for CPIM & CSCP courses.
Mr. Pranzo is an accomplished operations professional with twenty years manufacturing experience including FAA, GSA, DOD, space, commercial, and industrial environments. He has proven skills in team building, communications, facilitation, and problem solving, and has managed various Lean project implementations resulting in improved Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Joseph is proficient in ERP, MRP, and ISO business processes and procedures. As an independent manufacturing consultant for the past four years, Lean clients have enjoyed the benefits of reduced cycle times, improved inventory turns and cash flow, increases production area, improved delivery performance, and enhanced profits margins. Additional major projects have included ERP implementation, design and development of performance measurement systems, ISO 2000 conversion, and material tracking systems development and implementation.
