Mr. Robinson joined the staff at the New Jersey Business and Industry Association in May 2002 as the Vice President in the Government Affairs Division. Currently, he is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Grassroots. Frank is also the Executive Director of the Employer Legislative Committee’s (ELC’s). He handles Transportation issues and International Trade for the Association.

Mr. Singerman is responsible for the NIST suite of external partnership programs, including the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership, the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, the Office of Advanced Manufacturing, NIST technology transfer, economic analysis, and small business innovation research awards.
Mr. Singerman has more than 35 years of experience in tech based economic development. He was the first chief executive of two of the best known and longest lasting private-public partnerships; the Ben Franklin Technology Center of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Maryland Technology Development Corporation. During the Clinton Administration, he served as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development.
Dr. Donald Sebastian
Vice President for Technology Development
Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
Dr. Sebastian’s professional expertise is in integrated product and process design, polymer processing, and reaction engineering, with a special emphasis in computer-based technologies for research and engineering.
Dr. Sebastian was the proposal author and founder of NJMEP, and acted as the start-up director until it was separately incorporated. He is responsible for re-organizing the Center for Manufacturing Systems to operate as a self sustaining engineering and production consultant to the State’s manufacturing sector.

Mr. Connolly has overall responsibility for the management, strategy, profitability and new business development of the Avionics Division. He has held numerous Operational, Program, Corporate Development, Business Development and Management positions at DRS since joining the company in 1983. Key management positions include: Vice-President, Business Development for the DRS Electro-Optical Systems Group (now RSTA) with a focus on developing new international business; and Vice-President/General Manager, DRS Data and Imaging Systems with a focus on restoring customer service and new product development.

Ms. Willoughby is the Chief Government Affairs Officer of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), the nation’s largest state-level business association that represents nearly 20,000 member companies that collectively employ more than 1 million people.
Joining the Association in 2003, Ms. Willoughby leads a highly respected lobbying team, fighting for pro-business policies in the legislature and through four gubernatorial administrations. Under her leadership, NJBIA has maintained a reputation as a first-rate government affairs organization and the state’s premier business lobby. Melanie leads the Association’s efforts in workforce development and innovation. She is the founder and co-chair of the InnovationNJ Coalition, which was organized to promote innovation collaboration between business and higher education.
Mr. Staudinger is President of National Manufacturing, Co., Inc., a Chatham NJ based contract manufacturer of critical service, metal formed parts, supplying world-class OEMs in markets such as; implantable medical devices, aerospace and defense. Mr. Staudinger has held senior management responsibilities with global manufacturing leaders in power generation, specialty ventilation and material conveying equipment.

Mr. Anbarasan is the Executive Director/CEO of the NJ Community College Consortium for Workforce & Economic Development in Trenton. He has been in higher education for over 13 years, working as Executive Dean at Camden County College and Sussex County Community College, and as a consultant at NJIT in their continuing education divisions.

Mr. Vaccari has been working diligently to support manufacturers’ needs to hire skilled workers. To that end, he is developing high-quality, employer-led partnerships, referred to as Targeted Industry Partnerships, or TIPs, in three regions of the state, north, central and south for advanced manufacturing companies and a fourth TIP in the south region focused on food processing manufacturing.
Mr. Vaccari started his career in wire and cable manufacturing as a manufacturing engineer. He worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Systems Engineering District Manager, did some IT Project Management consulting with companies such as IBM and General Motors. He is also an Adjunct Professor at NJIT.

Mr. Musick represents NJBIA’s 20,000 member companies and serves as the Association’s head lobbyist on all taxation, economic development and budgetary issues. He also serves as Deputy Executive Director of New Jersey’s largest business ideological political action committee, NEW JOBS.
Mr. Musick represents the Association before the Administration and New Jersey State Legislature on high-profile taxation, economic development and budgetary issues affecting New Jersey employers. He has been interviewed by NJ Spotlight, NJBIZ, The Record, Bloomberg BNA and Tax Analyst’s State Tax Notes. He has also appeared on NJTV’s New Jersey Capitol Report and NJTV News, and before the Council on State Taxation (COST) membership. Mr. Musick was recognized by Observer New Jersey Politics – “30 Under 30:” Political Up-and-Comers in New Jersey.
Mr. Neuwirth is the President of Unex Manufacturing, which is an industry leader in gravity-operated roller of conveyor systems. Mr. Neuwirth has been a member of the NJM and NJBIA Boards since 2005.

Mr. Lindholm is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Falstrom, which has been founded and owned by his family since 1870.
Mr. Lindholm is active in the business community and is a volunteer in non-profit organizations. In August 2004, he was named Chairman of NJBIA’s manufacturing council. He was elected as a Trustee of NJBIA in April 2005. Mr. Lindholm is also currently Chairman of the Passaic Enterprise Zone Development. He has given lectures on a variety of Human Resources and Manufacturing topics.
Mr. Hannan has over 25 years of public accounting experience with a focus on multi-national private and publicly-held manufacturing, distribution, technology and pharmaceutical companies. In his role as practice leader of the Firm’s Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics Group, Mr. Hannan is actively involved in the delivery of services to clients within those industries and sectors.

Ms. Molloy has over 17 years of utility, retail energy supply and energy consulting industry experience in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. She has held various senior management positions with South Jersey Industries, South Jersey Gas, Sempra Energy, and South Jersey Energy. She has extensive experience in Federal and State Government Contracting, Energy Aggregation solutions, commodity rate tariff, natural gas and electricity supply solutions, demand side management and performance contracting.
Ms. Molloy served on the State of Maine Task Force to Advance Energy Efficiency, Conservation and Independence for state facilities and currently serves on the Sustainability Jersey Energy Task Force and the Southern NJ Development Council Energy Task Force.
Mr. Finger currently holds the position of Ombudsman to the Division of Economic Development, & Energy Policy, Board of Public Utilities. He works with businesses and local governments to bring energy efficiencies and renewable programs to aid in lowering energy use and costs.
Mr. Finger is a member a few organizations such as the State Energy Sector Partnership (SESP) through the Dept. of Labor, Clean Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) through New Jersey Economic Development Authority and the Brownfield’s Redevelopment Interagency Trust.
