Robert is a Staff Engineer with the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP). Robert is currently leading New Jersey’s Offshore Wind efforts, in three areas; 1) Analyzing the OEM’s supply chain requirements. 2) Expansion of OSW workforce development and the required training and education. 3) Cataloging and accessing the capabilities of our in-state manufacturers for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 products.
