NJMEP’s New Additions

NJMEP believes the best work is done when you have the best people doing it, and we are happy to announce the addition of several new members to our team. With 2018 stretched out before us in all its possibility and opportunity, we’re happy to meet the New Year with such bright new talent.

Joining the team with ten years of sales experience, Ghalib Choudhury is devoted to the success of his manufacturers. Graduating a double major in Finance and Psychology from Montclair State University, Ghalib excels in ascertaining the needs of his clients, and where NJMEP’s services can make the most impact. Filling the role of Account Manager, Gahlib derives his greatest satisfaction from seeing the improvements NJMEP brings to its manufacturers; whether through increasing capacity with Lean or introducing necessary steps to retain the best employees.

Joseph Babajko has turned twenty years of sales and management experience into a tool for the benefit of New Jersey’s manufacturers. Joe understands the key to NJMEP’s success is forming a professional relationship with the people he’s working with. Having achieved his degrees in the field of Electronic Technology, Joseph is keenly aware of the value attributed to finely maintained equipment. Doing the utmost for his clients as an Account Manager, Joe’s greatest sense of success comes from the success of his clients.

Saad Mughal, the lead Account Manager for NJMEP’s Bio-Life Sciences division, has eleven years of experience mastering his craft and understanding his field. A Rutgers alumni, Saad studied Finance and Marketing, choosing to compliment his education with practical experience. The better Saad understands his clients, Saad understands his clients and translates his expertise into positive results

NJMEP’s newest Food Program Project Coordinator, Dionisios Meis works closely with Robert Salamone in the implementation of programs designed to benefit New Jersey’s food manufacturers. Having received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Finance, and successfully completed the Harvard Manager Training program, Dion’s strong tendency toward efficiency and productivity drives him to deliver the best he can for our clients. Since joining NJMEP, Dion has utilized his over ten years of industry experience to help grow the food program.

Andrew Duda works with NJMEP’s partner resources for the benefit of our local manufacturers. Andrew approaches his role as the management of data and the management of people. Without those two elements, NJMEP would not have the ability to measure client satisfaction and workforce development; two key components of our continued success.  Andrew’s over ten years of meeting and exceeding client goals within the industry make him a valuable asset to NJMEP and our associates.

With twenty years of experience in graphic design, Larry Corby understands the value of building a successful marketing campaign. Earning his Associates of Art from Raritan Valley College, Larry brings his industry knowledge to NJMEP’s marketing department. Larry has worked in B2B publishing in industrial manufacturing, food manufacturing, and bio-life sciences technology.

Robert Severns raises awareness of NJMEP’s various programs and services. Earning his B.A in English from Full-Sail University, Robert feels the greatest value of social media is in dissecting analytics and data. Utilizing his four years as a copy editor and writer, Robert enjoys spreading the good work done by NJMEP and its manufacturers across the Garden State.

NJMEP is focused on manufacturing in New Jersey, and helping manufacturers remain competitive, increase efficiencies, and become more productive.
