Part 2 – S.W.O.T. Analysis of Current Staff SWOT Analysis is a simple but useful framework for analyzing your staff member’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It helps you to build on what members do well, to address what they are lacking, to minimize risks, and to take the greatest possible advantage of chances for their success.

Part 3 – Employee Retention and Development of Key Players
