Decision-Making and Problem-Solving – North

March 26 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

$400.00

3/26/2026

Why do airplane doors fly off mid-flight? How does the leading smartphone manufacturer fail to recognize the rise of touch screens? Why does the world’s best camera maker fail to go digital? Bad decisions can all be attributed to flaws in the human mind.

This course evaluates the inherent biases that we possess, limiting our ability to make rational decisions. Once we understand these, we can utilize problem-solving tools to make better decisions. Using interactive exercises, class participants will be able to identify their biases and the develop the tools and skills to overcome them.

Participants in this course will learn:

• Decision biases and how they influence (bad) behavior
• Decision-making tools that help overcome biases
• Problem-solving techniques that impact results
