Executive Six Sigma Overview – Virtual

The purpose of this training is to introduce executives and leaders to the tools and methodologies of Lean & Six Sigma improvement techniques. It will walk through the history and basis for Lean Six Sigma, the tools of the DMAIC process and Lean Enterprise solutions, allowing participants to lead the way for future Lean Six Sigma initiatives. This training will be interactive and have exercises for participants.
