The FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance) Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) Version 2.0 training course is an updated curriculum designed to train individuals as Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQI). It’s recognized by the FDA and covers the latest regulations and advancements in food safety. This training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement food safety plans, manage hazards, and ensure compliance with FSMA requirements.
By the end of the training course, participants will be able to oversee or perform the following:
- Creating a Preventive Controls Food Safety Plan
- Validating preventive controls
- Reviewing records for implementation and effectiveness
- Reviewing corrective actions
- Performing required re-analysis of the Food Safety Plan
