Improved Communication in American English for the Workplace

This course will focus on improving speaking, reading and writing skills.  Participants will learn new vocabulary and grammatical structures to communicate about work, family, and community.  Participants will practice reading out loud, participate in conversations with questions and answers.  They will also learn how to read maps, write paragraphs, and understand documents needed for their present and future work

Employees will have improved their speaking and reading English skills to perform more effectively in their positions.  They will read aloud with understanding, speak so others can understand, answer work questions, problem solve and read directions and maps.
