NJMEP Call Center Training Series

First class phone skills enable outstanding customer service. This three-part series will provide training tips and techniques to de-escalate clients, improve listening skills and elevate customer service skills over the phone. This NJMEP Call Center Training Series will be delivered in three parts. Each part will be facilitated virtually via ZOOM by a live instructor and will run from 2:00PM – 4:00PM.
Part 1: Deescalating Customers: Do you have unhappy, cranky, or dissatisfied customers? In this course we will focus on techniques that you can leverage to de-escalate customers. These techniques are intended to create win-win situations for you, your company, and the client.
Part 2: Active Listening: YES! This is a critical communication skill. During this course we will focus on the importance, the impact, and techniques for YOU to develop your active listening skills. Mastering this skill will help you develop at work and in life.
Part 3: Leave Empowered: During this course you will learn and practice 10 tips that will help agents create world class customer service.
