Certified Logistic Associate Training

The Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) provides the training of personnel as Certified Logistics Associates (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technicians (CLT).

In the CLA course, students Learn about the logistics environment, safe equipment operation, material handling equipment, quality control, workplace communication, teamwork and problem solving. This course has one 8-hour classroom introductory training session. Students must then complete 35 hours of on-line instruction. The students then return to the classroom for a 6-hour review including test preparation. This is immediately followed by the 2-hour certification test.

To achieve the MSSC CLT certification, an individual must complete both CLA and CLT.
