In this course the participants will receive an Introduction to Lean with a Sales Focus.
Using Lean, we seek to enhance all value added activities and eliminate all wasted effort.
The sales cycle is full of non-value added work.
When people understand how to best spend their time and efforts, they become much more effective salespeople.
Sales performance is measured and improved.
Lean typically requires discipline but not a large cash outlay.
Sales people will understand how they can improve their performance by looking at the entire sales and marketing system from a Lean point of view.
