Spanish for HR

This 8-hour course is designed for managers and supervisors to help them better connect & communicate with Spanish speaking employees to improve understanding, teamwork and productivity.

Training will include, but is not limited to the following key topics:

• Greeting employees and asking basic language communication questions
• Numbers, Measures, Time, Timing, Days of the week
• Interviewing and scheduling
• Setting rules and expectations
• Safety equipment and warnings
• Job commands and quality standards
• Handling telephone calls, accidents and emergencies
